一、scope
The standards regulate water requirements the industry boiler when circulating.
The standards are applicable to the fixed-type steam boiler and steam-water bidirectional used boiler as well as the fixed-type steam boiler under pressure and the normal-press hot-water boiler of which water is medium and the settled exporting pressure of steam is equal to or less than 2.5 MPas.
二.standards of water quality
1. the water supply of the steam boiler and the stream-water bidirectional used boiler the boiler are generally done with out-boiler chemic which should accord with the rules of Table 1.

1) The basic unit mmol/ L of rigidity is c(1/2 Ca2s+,1/2 Mg2s+), the same is as followed.
2) The basic unit mmol/ L of alkalinity is c(OH-、1/2CO2-3、HC03-), the same is as followed.
As for the boiler with low steam request and without passing caloric machine, after the approbation of local supercise bureau ,the unit could adequately loosen the upper limit valueof alkalinity index sign.
When the boilers' rating vaporing sum is equal to or more than 6t/h ,deoxidization should be done.if the boilers' rating vaporing sum is within 6t/h ,if the part decay appeares,deoxidization should be taken while the amount of oxygen in the given-water is equal to or less than 6t/h ,
4) While having the difficulty such as the measurement of deliquescent solid, the measurement of electric conductivity or the chlorine ion( C1-) can be adopted to indirectly control it, but the ratio of relation between the three ones should be ascertained according to experiment ,which is also need periodically second examinations and revisement.
5) The opposite alkalinity of the whole welding structure boiler mustn't control.
6) Only limited in fuel/gas used boiler
2, Steam boilers and steam-water mutual used boilers with rating vaporing sum of less than or equal to 2t/h,and rating steam pressure of less than or equal to 1t/h, could also take the measure of adding the medicine in the pot ,while intendance must be placed on filthy ,cauterization and water quality as well as adding medicine&cleaning.The water quality should accord to to Table 2. |

3 、 pressed hot-water boilers should transact water outside while pressed hot-water boiler with rating power less than or equal to 4.2mw and usual pressure hot-water boiler can take the measure of adding medicine inside.But intendance must be placed on filthy ,cauterization and water quality as well as adding medicine&cleaning.The water quality should accord to to Table 3.

1.PH should becontrolled at 10 -- 12 through adding medicine .
2)pressed hot-water boiler with rating power over or equal to 4.2mw must deoxidize while pressed hot-water boilers with rating power less than or equal to 4.2mw and usual pressure hot-water boiler might.
4, water supply of the direct current boiler should adopt chemical transaction outside
of which its water quality should be according to the standard of the rating steam being over or equal to 1.6mpa,and less than and equal to 2.5mpa in Table 1.
5, The water quality of the waste heat boiler and boiler of galvanothermy should meet the requests of that of the same type and parameter.
6, the water quality examinating method should be enforced according to addenda A(the standard addenda) .
